At Brand Engrave, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order. 

Returns 

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. 

To qualify for a return: 

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition 

• The item must be returned in its original packaging 

• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required 

• We verify that with our team and confirm from both sides. 

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be approved. 

Non-Returnable Items 

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable: 

• Customized or personalized products 

• Printed, engraved, embroidered, or decorated items 

• Sale or clearance items 

• Gift cards 

• Bulk or special-order products 

• Used or damaged items not caused during shipping 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items 

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. 

To process your claim quickly, please provide: 

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the product 

• Photos of the packaging (if applicable) 

After review, we may offer: 

• A replacement 

• Store credit 

• A partial or full refund 

depending on the situation. 

Refund Process 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If approved: 

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method 

• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider 

• Most refunds are completed within 5–10 business days 

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. 

Late or Missing Refunds 

If you have not received your refund yet: 

• Check your bank account again 

• Contact your bank, as processing times may vary

Exchanges 

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with photos, and our team will review the issue for refund or replacement eligibility.

Return Shipping 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. 

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking. 

Order Cancellations 

Orders may only be cancelled before production or customization has started. 

Once production, printing, embroidery, engraving, or customization begins, the order cannot be cancelled.
